Hi I’m Ken
I am relatively new to naturism but have always loved being naked whenever possible.
Now that I am in a new part of my life where I am single again I am doing more for ‘me’ and taking the plunge and finally getting involved in naturism.
My few experiences on a beach and at a BN organised outdoor event have been fantastic.
I would like to connect with similar minded people who can share their experiences and suggest further options available to me.
It would be nice to meet up with others in the future to share my new adventure.
Thanks
Ken

Hello everyone,
I'm Michael, 44yrs old, single and live in Warwickshire. I think I have always had an interest in a clothes free lifestyle. Which lead me to joining British Naturism, the national organisation. And realising that I wasn't alone in my interest.
This lead me to looking to visit clubs local to me. But being a single male, it was a case of 'thanks but no thanks'. So my naturist activities were restricted to beach visits and occasional use of my back garden.
But being a member of BN they run a lot of events throughout the year. I have attended a few, one of which was a solos weekend at Wyvern swim and sun club. It is a beautiful if basic little club and the members are welcoming and friendly.
At the end of the weekend I asked whether I could apply for membership. Which I did, and after my probationary period I am now a member. Which is one of the best things I have ever done.
I haven't yet attended a swim as I am not a confident swimmer and at the moment the sessions are closed due to COVID.
Hopefully I shall find my way around this site. And also make some friends along the way.
265 thanks

It is great to find out a little more about you at the forum Michael. It is also really good that you have been able to join a club as a single male. Good for Wyvern. It seems so wrong that I can join some clubs if I am with Anna but as a single man - albeit the same man - I would face difficulties. Why should a man who is partnered be any more trustworthy anyway? Fred had Rosemary West and Brady had Hindley. Each person man and woman should be taken on their own merits and rejected due to their own failings.
I wouldn't worry too much about being a confident swimmer - most of the people who come to swims come for the ambience, the social side and to enjoy the pool and spas - not for major length swimming.
