What does naturism mean to you?
Naturism is a respite from all the day-to-day stresses of life. It offers a chance for calm and reflection and is one of the few things that can really support mental health in a frantic world. It has become just the normal way of living for me and something which is comfortable, social and energising all at the same time.

About Me/Us
I am a 45 year old male from the UK. I live with my husband. I work in a very stressful and challenging job which is time-consuming - my partner likewise works in the same field. I prefer a more sedate approach to life where possible - reading, theatre, walks, film and just good old conversation with friends.
