What does naturism mean to you? BN Member Relaxed out going 50 year old looking to make naturist friends who has on and off practiced being naturist. First as a child in the south of France on family holidays then later in life as an adult at nude beaches and a few clubs.
I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks and am having quite a tough time atm both personally and in my marriage which has ended. My wife would never practice naturism but I have decided to try it again in the hope it will help me with my self work and confidence.
