About Me/Us Outside of work I love travelling, fitness, food, music, guitars, being outside in nature and hiking in the mountains.

I was first introduced to naturism while living in Bavaria where I had the opportunity to experience a different culture of swimming / saunas / wellness without swimwear.

Since returning to the UK, I joined British Naturism (BN) at the beginning of 2024 and I've managed to attend a number of regional and national events so far (both BN & non BN).

I am a regular attendee to many of the weekly online fitness sessions run by BN's Naked Fitness team and my local naturist swim club (Sunday Swim at Glasgow's Arlington Baths).
