Terminology 

 I live near the area of Charco Del Palo and i see more and more people refer to the village as CLOTHING OPTIONAL as it does not put people into catagory that they seem this day and age to get offended with - i have more than once seen people using the beach with clothing on (Manly female and some males) and they have been targeted  as not using it in its true spirit  on one occasion i had to get involved and stick up for the young lady  who had a bikini on - in the end it turned out she was laying on the bit of sand that the German thought was his own area  he was shouting at her that it was a nudist beach and as such  she should be as nature intended -- was a wierd encounter and hopefully never to be repeated So it seems the phrase Clothing optional covers all usage

I do not see the term “textile” as generally a negative.  It is a descriptive word that is common within the naturist/nudist community to describe someone or a somewhere that is not conducive to naturist.  Just like if someone were to describe me or my house as a naturist or naturist’s house, i would not be offended.
