Roman, is your mail receptacle exposed to the public; or is it enclosed in a lobby-type area? What is the attitude of your grown children toward your nudity, or nudity in general?  None of ours followed the path once they were grown; but the girls all know (and I assume their husbands know by association), and the girls don't care. I occasionally Skype with the middle one, whose husband works nights. So, if he's sleeping I don't bother getting dressed. The others are simply too busy, working outside the home, to Skype.

Will you be seeking out naturist venues to visit? Are there any close to you that will accept a single male?

My name is Léo, I'm 21yo and from France !
I'm happy to be here and share my own story as well.

I wasn't raised in a naturist family, though it was rather the complete opposite ! Nudity is very taboo in my family to the point where i had never walked in my house naked even as child. Even when it was hot, i was required to put on some clothes. And from that sense of "restriction" came my desire to be liberated from clothing. When i was 12-13 Yo, I was dreaming of having my own appartment where i could stay naked all the time (that's a serious little nudist child, you would say xD).

And so when I was away from my parents in summercamps, i would always sleep naked in the dorms (which made my roommates laugh btw) and for me it was a small step towards my goal.

At the age of 13yo, I started to sleep naked, even at home, hiding it from my parents (I had my pajamas near my bed, just in case) and finally at the age of 16yo, parents discovered it and assumed that it is the way I like sleeping and that there's no need to argue with that (also because that i told them that I feel much more comfortable sleeping that way).

During all my teenage years, my love for naturism grew even more and more. I would take every opportunity possible to get naked at home. First thing I did was to get completely nude as soon as I get home and get dressed just right before they would come home.

I started signing up to naturist forums to share my interests and started to go to naturist resorts with people I would have met online.
Therefore, I went to naturist swimming pools, resorts, participated in a naturist gathering at an amusement park ... etc.

Now that I'm 21yo, I spend my holidays in naturist resorts with friends (I went to Euronat this year and it was awesome !), I'm a member of the "Association des naturistes de Paris" and go regularly to the naturist swimming pool.
My parents know that I love being naked but they are not comfortable with me being naked all around the house and it s their rules. So I'm only naked in my bedroom and ofc I still sleep naked all year round.

I decided to pay a membership here (even though it was a bit difficult for me to find the money as a student...) because I really envy Steve and Anna's family. I wish I could have been raised in a naturist family and spend my time naked at home (and I can assure you that puberty would NOT have been a problem with me ahah)
I find this website sooooo cool and wanted to support this initiative ! 

I would really like to share other experiences with all of you, getting to know naturists from all over the world.
I would love to chat with other naturist families and tell your children how lucky they are to be able to live naked at home and how much I envy them !

like some of you I'm still finding my way around and felt I should introduce myself to ANW, as this site continues to keep my interest in naturism at the fore.

I'm in my 60's, married to wife Nr 2, but no children. Naturism was never on my agenda growing up or in our family so it is something I have adopted in my later life.

I think it started after a road trip when I was in between jobs and had been travelling around Northern Spain and France in the late 1990's in an old VW camper and came across quite a lot of quiet beaches where naturism was taking place. It would be a number of years on before I started myself, as I have been one of those people who gets absorbed in work and found it difficult to find time for other things.

It was one summer when the wife was doing an OU degree and was off at Summer school. I took a couple of weeks off work to try and re-lay the patio, but found myself drawn to looking on the net for some remote UK beaches to try.

We were living in Devon in those days and I found a beach called Weston Mouth near Sidmouth, so armed with my towel and bottle of water I headed out.

It's funny when you look back at how shy and nervous you are about taking your clothes off for the first time, but I found a bit of beach put down my towel and took off my clothes.

The rest, as they say, is history. I did finish the patio, but it was a number of Years later.

My wife commented on my tan when she got home and I told her what I had been up to. She came to the beach with me after that but didn't take her clothes off. It would be a few years on before she started to partake in the naturist lifestyle, but only when we were on holiday somewhere and she felt comfortable and safe.

I never expected it to be more than that, but the more you do it, the more it gets under your skin and an annual trip to France in the camper was on the cards when we started camping at Euronat.

This Year I joined ANW, and I have to say I am really enjoying the open and frank sharing of everything.

I would never of dreamt all those years ago, that I would be posting naked pictures of myself on the net and it making me feel so good !

If everyone could get the message that it is a perfectly normal, non-sexual thing, the world would be a much better place.

So thank you ANW for allowing me to "come out" as not only am I a private naturist, you have given me courage to join a club and become a social naturist!

    Pretty new around here, been registered a while but took the jump to payment and being verified.

From the UK, been a naturist for over ten years. Only now starting to travel more, Spain, Portugal, and anywhere else that will have us.

Really fancy Vera Playa next year!  Seems a bit of a minefield to get information,  so much different options to book.
