My wife and I had a pond as well and a crane also came in and had dinner.  We did get rid of the pond however because it also attracted quite a few snakes.  Thankfully, they were only garter snakes but when you see a 2 footer slithering around your garden that's quite a shock.  I was more concerned about attracting copperheads.  While I've never seen one myself they are supposed to be common in southeastern Pennsylvania.

There is generally not much that I will not do naked around the house.  Yard work, car repair, pool cleaning, etc, all get done without donning clothes.  Generally I will dress if the task requires the use of power tools that may provide a danger such as grinding, chainsaw, or chemicals.  The cold doesn’t bother me too much.  Usually the most I will put on in the cold is a sweatshirt.  As far as rain, I figure if i spend any amount of time in it, I will be soaked through so there is no point in getting dressed.

I tend to do most of my household chores naked, though admittedly I don't mess around with dangerous machinery. Though I have done some less scary stuff like sawing. We do lots of gardening, cleaning, cooking, painting and decorating as naturists, and they all seem to make great sense to enjoy naked. I have never been burnt by any spitting fat, which is something I think many people fear may happen, and I have never had any cuts or scratches from naked gardening. It is so much easier to clean yourself up after painting and grouting, and you don't have to worry about getting paint on your clothes, or bleach, or other such products. It is also so much easier to just connect with the work you are doing and feel more centred and less distracted. And when you love being naked it is another way of adding more naturist time to your life and make chores more palatable.

I also do most, if not all, chores and hobbies naked, as I'm mostly naked full time when home and try to be when outside. I garden, cook, bake, paint, repair, barbecue, mow the lawn all fully naked. I fully dress to chainsaw woods and when using the brush cutter as pieces of woods or rocks can fly away. These are the only things I can think of that require clothing for security purpose. I always find chores less painful when done naked and as Anna said, it's so simpler to get clean once done. When you think about all that needs to be done in a house, you quickly realize no clothing is really required.

My co-workers used to get a laugh when I told them that I would drive my tractor while naked.  That was so alien to most of them that they found it amusing.  We had 20 acres and our nearest neighbor was 1/2 mile away and out of sight so I would shape the driveway and clear the road using the blade on my tractor.  There is a problem getting on and off in that you have to be careful of the important parts which can get caught on seat edges, etc.  I would usually have a  towel on the seat just like a normal nudist.
