February may be the shortest month but it has not been lacking in activity!

Naturist Work Day was the busy theme on ANW for February and was embraced through posts, albums, an article and furthermore a new podcast. 

Next months theme falls on March 20th and is Our Naturist World Awareness Day. We will enjoy exploring how naturism embraces a respect for the planet and how we could look at encouraging others to embrace naturism as part of caring for our environment. 

Growth: The ANW community continues to go from strength to strength, and on a daily basis! ANW averages between 60,000 and 80,000 page visits each day with many days through February rapidly exceeding those numbers. The last three days have seen 156,000, 108,000 and 118,000 page visits as more and more people see the value of keeping in touch.

We would like to thank all those members who have upgraded to Annual or Life Membership during the last month and also to everyone who has taken part in the Free Verification Service as well as those who have renewed their Annual Membership or supported ANW through Donations. The Verification is an important part of what makes the ANW community really special. The Subscriptions and Donations are invaluable in continuing the growth of our community. We really appreciate all your support - as each payment truly does make a difference and allows ANW to exist.

The RnR Podcast

RnR have created two Podcast Specials this month for Life and Annual Members. As they say "They are a little longer, which allows us to really dig deep into the subject matter, and cover as much as possible. The second most notable aspect, is the Specials, will only feature Anna and Steve with RnR."

In this episode we will be talking about Work Naked Day, and looking at how working naked can improve focus and enhance the way in which we approach tasks, simply by shedding our clothing. Work Naked day is not just about achieving a goal, it is also about how we can all work together to improve and promote a naturist life. This is another fascinating and thought provoking conversation for all of the ANW community.

Podcast Special with RnR: 04 Informed Naturism

RnR talk to Steve and Anna and in this episode, they discuss Naturist Information Day and discuss how every naturist can help to spread true facts about naturism within society in order to start undoing some of the mass of misinformation across the internet today.

New Great Groups To Join

N.W.N.R - Oz Price has created this group for those who enjoy the freedom of naturism and the thrill of naked rambling.

Book Fans has been created by Cesar B - It is for everyone that loves books and would like to share their passion for literature, it can be anything from fiction to non-fiction.

Cornwall Naturist Group has been created by Steve T for naturist living in Cornwall, or for those just visiting.

We have had a suggestion from a member of ANW who has enjoyed some direct connections with other members in relation to his partner's illness. He is wondering whether it would be beneficial to have a Group where people share support for each other over their own and their loved ones' illnesses. Is there anyone out their who feels they have a little time, and passion, to run such a support group? No experience necessary. Please contact Steve or Anna who will help you get started.

Amazing Albums

Another delightful month of additions to the ANW photographic library of over 850 categorised albums and 31 000 photos.

Our own TISW(O)AS and MMMM! albums have had a Naturist Work theme.

New albums have been as eclectic and fascinating as ever. Among others Johnathan has been painting his daughter's house, Todd has been out in the snow, Oz has been naked cooking and Lyn and Derek have been visiting Hills and Triangulation points. Simon and Jane keep us up to date with a Valentine celebration while David and Anne share memories of warmer days in 2024.

Travelling as always features in new albums too. Linda shares memories of Bertioga and Massarandupio, Suzanne Euronat, El Portus and Fuerteventura and Lanzarote features in new albums by Helmut, and Mark and Val.

Friendly and Fascinating Forum

The Forum has seen another month of friendly debate, personal experiences and amazing ideas.

The older topic How Did Your Parents / Family Approach Nudity? has seen a wide variety of experiences paint a fascinating picture of our changing society. The topic introduced for St Valentine's Day asks: What would you do For The Love of Naturism? and this morning Marc has introduced the new topic inspired by an activity feed post: Being Fascinating, Frank, Funny or Fussy with Naturism.
