How we review your advertisement
Most paid advertisements will automatically go live. However, should this not be the case, we will review your advert which typically takes 24 hours, but sometimes it can take longer. We check the content, the layout, the text, and the images. If your advert does not match the product or service that is being promoted, or it is not fully functional or does not fully comply with this policy we may not approve it.
Steps you can take if the advert is not approved
If your advert has not been approved, we will send you an email to tell you why. You can edit it and save the changes then re-submit it where it will follow the review process.
Prohibited adverts and content
We try to prevent real-world harm in our naturist community. Any adverts which may cause offense to others such as language which uses profanity, bad grammar, offensive images, the threat of public safety, sexual encounters, sexual exploitation of children or adults, prostitution, escort services, illegal products or services, drug, and drug-related products. Tobacco and tobacco-related products, cash loans, or advance or product or service not applicable to naturism will not be permitted.
Free Advertising with the Activity Feeds
ANW will not allow unsolicited advertising and linking to external sites within the activity feeds. This is unfair on the advertisers that pay to promote their business/venture within the site and there is also no quality control. Linking to external sites can be considered as spamming or phishing and can negatively affect ANW's rankings. ANW checks the validity of each business before advertising as well as its link to naturism. Low-quality adverts
Adverts displayed must be of a good quality resolution and must not lead to landing pages that give the user a disruptive experience.
Automatic animation
Adverts must not contain audio or flash animation that starts playing without users interacting with it.
Malware or spyware
Adverts must contain any malware or spyware or any software that results in a deceptive experience.
Video content
Videos showing X-rated adult content, child pornography, drug use and alcohol, profanity, violence and gore will not be allowed.
Overly disruptive tactics such as flashing screens.
Relevance
We want adverts to be appropriate for naturists. All components including text, images, and other media must be relevant.
Landing pages
The products and/or services that are being promoted in the advert must match those on the landing page of the destination site and must not link to any prohibited product or service.
Lead advert requests
Adverts must not request the following lead information from our users:
Account numbers, loyalty card numbers, telephone numbers without our prior permission.
Financial information- bank account numbers, credit/debit card numbers, credit scores, net worth, debt amount without our prior permission.
Insurance information, account, or policy numbers without our prior permission.
Government-issued identifies, such as driving license numbers, national insurance numbers, or passport numbers without our prior permission.
An arrest or criminal history without our prior permission.
Copyrights and/or trademarks.
Adverts are not to use our copyrights or trademarks without our prior permission.
What advertisers should know
Payment:
The website offers numerous products and services. We do not handle payments for these products directly but refer these payments to a secure third-party payment processor that handles all aspects of the payment process. Any payment issues or disputes should be resolved directly with the payment processor. Once we have been notified by the payment processor that a payment has been made, and that the payment has successfully passed a fraud review, access will be granted to the product or service being purchased as soon as possible, however, we make no guarantees of timeliness or immediacy.
Refund Policy:
Our refund policy allows users to cancel business packages and/or adverts and receive a refund if requested within 24 hours of signing up. If you change your mind, simply use the contact form stating your reasons;
Please note you will be ineligible for refunds should your account be terminated for violation of this site's Terms of Service or inappropriate behaviour.
