Description

Blind Creek Beach is a clothing optional beach located on a barrier island south of Fort Pierce. This beautiful sweep of shore is framed by stands of cabbage palms, a rise of dunes that protects the view of the beach and sea turtles waddle ashore to nest. On the beach, aquamarine waters lap against the shore. When the wind picks up, so does the surf and ospreys soar the breeze.

The beach is nearly 5 miles long to the north of the beach access and three miles long to the south of the access, which leads from the parking area. The clothing optional / nudist section of the beach extends 2000 meters from the southern boundary with FPL (clearly marked with signs) some 300 meters south of the trailhead all the way north up the beach to the Little Mud Creek Pathway. There are also no lifeguards (stated on signs in the parking lot), so be careful if you venture out if the surf is rough.
