It is a tough one to answer as we have a totally flexible approach to clothing at home and lack of it, what is worn and what isn't, when and how.
Some days we may wander around naked until we have to go out to do something. Run one of the boys to school/college. Other days we may feel far too cold to not wrap up immediately, and yet later on we may find ourselves natural undressing again.
Some days we may wear clothes that most will consider clothes suitable for going out in, while other days we may find a pair of socks, or a top, or something loose and warming to the top is enough, we never wear pyjamas in bed but quite like them on a cold day at home.
Sometimes we will find ourselves staying naked until we are showered and needing to be part of the world. Other days we may find that we throw something on for warmth and then after a bath don't bother dressing again.
It is all very flexible and all very much in tune with how cold/warm it is and what sort of interactions we have with the outside world. In Spain we were naked almost all the time, in the UK much less often.
There is also no rules across the household, so one of us may be naked at breakfast, another have socks or a t-shirt on, and in pyjamas or a dressing gown and another fully dressed. We just go with the flow.
There is probably not a day that goes by without Steve and myself being causally naked around the house at some point. And probably hasn't been in 18 years.
I live with non-naturists (wife and one adult son) so my home nudity is pretty much restricted to brief periods in the bathroom and the bedroom at the beginning and end of the day. That's not too much of an issue for much of the year, as our house is rarely warm enough for nudity except in the height of summer anyway. Even if I lived on my own, I probably wouldn't have the heating on full blast just so that I could be naked at home in the depths of a UK winter - it wouldn't be very environmentally friendly. I love the idea of being free to live nude 24/7 in a warm climate though. In practice I'll have to be happy with experiencing that on a brief naturist holiday. It's lovely to be able to get out of bed, shower etc. and go about your day, indoors and outdoors, without ever having to get dressed.
Year round I’m usually nude until after breakfast and a shower and dress once it’s time to go into the outside world. My non-naturist family are all completely comfortable and accepting of me regardless, just as we all are of each other in our day to day lives. I don’t mind whether it’s summer or winter, and we don’t heat the house differently just for me. I do occasionally get a comment from my wife about how chilly it is, but I generally won’t have noticed the temperature until then. Thankfully it’s summer now, and often I can breakfast outside on the deck in the sunshine.
When traveling for work I am typically nude any time I am in my hotel room, simply because I find that the most comfortable…
