My first experience was at Fairlight Cove, Hastings back in the early 90s. Was very nervous and after stripping off hid behind rocks for a while. Eventually plucked up courage and walked along the beach completely naked and couldn’t believe how many people were on the beach, in the same way.
Went to this beach numerous times in the 90s and was even invited to join couples and groups several times as I was in my own.
