I have been a member of the Nudy Dudies for some few years and today attended the Cardiff coffee afternoon organised by one of the Nudy Dudy members. It was my first time. It’s not the best day to travel, and there were few of us there, but it was worthwhile even though I had to leave early. I’m sure to go again (first Sunday every month).

What does naturism mean to you?
I have been a naturist for all my adult life, and as a child was often naked with my parents, who were not naturists but were free spirits. Naturism is second nature, a sense of wellbeing, a representation of spirit, of self-worth.

I live next to a beach where I swim naked all year, if possible. It is important to be discrete at times, of course, and I wear a costume if necessary. There is another beach within 2 miles where naturism is common, and yet another some 5 miles away. I visit Tything Barn (Pembrokeshire) most years, am often found in West Wales, and spend time in Greece or Crete when able.

I am a single man, adore women. Recently single, I'm looking forward with an open heart and clear mind. I enjoy nature, swimming, sailing, photography, music and more. Hopeless dancer, but I love cinema and theatre.
One of my hobbies is carpentry, and as a woodworker often try to work early morning, hence "Woodbeforebreakfast".

I drink socially, but do not smoke, but recognise (as a wonderful child recently said), smokers are good people with a bad habit.
