Sounds good Marc. Yes, when it is possible to get outside, those opportunities should be taken advantage of. As I'm getting older, I am becoming increasingly aware that overall health and fitness diminish more rapidly during times of inactivity, than when I was younger. The benefits of walking out of doors are numerous; besides the obvious, there is also the fact that when engaging in that activity, you are away from unnecessary snacks and other distractions. Instead of taking in between mean calories, you're burning more off, and having time also to think. When I was writing novels, I got many of my plot twists and ideas for characters while out walking.

We have no idea... We just sort of go with things as they come up. We obviously work a lot, so there will be writing, but in between, we tend to jumpo into things that draw us in. There will be reading, of that there is no doubt. Rob has got a new copy of the day of the triffids, which was one he loved as a lad, and he will taking time out to relive that joy, and there will be crafts, and walks all wrapped up in woollens to watch the seasons change. A simple life with simple pleasures. :)

Amen, to all of that, RnR!!! Simple pleasures, for sure. If there's anything I've been called the most, it's simple. I have been addressed with a ton of 'simple's. I'm a simple ... ton. :D

We are hoping to get back to Cape Coral, Florida for 2-3 months this winter....that is if the place we rent has been repaired from the recent Hurricane Ian. It's a beautiful home, but was flooded. Fortunately the windows and roof remained intact. The pool was thick with sludge, but has been cleaned. Our landlords are there now doing what they can to repair and restore the place to some kind of normal.
We are also looking forward to going back to Cayo Largo, Cuba after two years absence (covid). There are new "owners" and that may affect the nude beach availability, but we'll have to wait and see what people say when it reopens in November.
Other than that we enjoy our twice-monthly swims at various pools around the Toronto area.

Wow, Bill. That's some active wintertime planning. It is very good that your FL rental survived the storm; so many did not. Safe travels and have some great times.
