Trebbia River: the "wild bucket" beach
The Trebbia river flows quietly along one of the most beautiful Piacenza valleys surrounded by lush and wild nature. Val Trebbia is rich in history, culture and traditions where hospitality, tastes and flavors are lost over time.
For over 15 years, in one of the most beautiful meanders of the river, a group of friends, which has taken the name of TrebbiaNat, has found itself in the name of friendship, serenity and respect for naturist ethics in what is called the beach of «Secchiello Selvaggio», a unique oasis of its kind, to spend moments of relaxation and fun in which naturism integrates perfectly with the environment.
It is certainly not an equipped area, but only a stretch of stream with clear water, in which there is no barrier between the naturist and the nature that surrounds him. And for those who love walking, it is possible to walk for a short distance along the woods that line the river. Once you discover this little eden you will understand what it means to be in heaven.
With the arrival of spring, as soon as the temperatures allow it, the call of the Trebbia and the «Wild Bucket» become irresistible for those who have left their hearts there. In the breaks between a sunbath and a dip in the river, work is done to make the area of ​​the beach left to the river and nature in the winter again welcoming and functional. So in a few weeks the dining room comes to life again, equipped with wooden tables, benches or stools, the beach volleyball court, the bowling green and the barbecue area for the inevitable skewers.
Everything is done with the utmost respect for the environment because our regulation has a single article: respect for others and for the nature that surrounds us! Those who come to this place undertake not to leave their traces, not throwing waste or leaving objects and food around, taking their garbage home.
TrebbiaNat collaborates with the NoTube committee and the Permanent Observatory of the Trebbia Valley in various initiatives aimed at protecting the territory and the valley from speculative attacks.
