Galé-Fontaínhas Beach provides a stunning landscape with a different kind of beauty to the other beaches in the north of Grândola council, The orange cliff stands strong on the landscape. With its fossil laden cliff featuring formations that date back around five million years.It is a quiet beach which does not attract many visitors, although naturists enjoy bathing near the dunes.
