Moshup (aka Gay Head) is a really beautiful beach located by the colorful clay cliffs below Gay Head Light. From the beach entrance go right (north) until you are past some larger boulders on the beach. Most nude sunbathers congregate a little under the cliff there. It's possible to continue farther up the beach if you want a little more solitude. 
It's a long way from the ferry landings, but there is an excellent bus system that can take you right to the Lighthouse parking lot from where it's an easy walk down to the beach.
