The beautiful beach of Issoss one of the best Corfiot beaches, which belongs to the village of Chlomos, about 20 kms from Corfu town at the west side of the island.
Situated between the protected “natura” area of Korission lagoon and the resort of Agios Georgios - south. This blue flag beach (for its excellent water quality) has an endless seashore of soft golden sand and crystalline waters, separated from the inland Lake of Korrision by a back drop of sand-dunes.
Issos beach is the widest beach on the Island and is a naturists heaven, for if you turn right upon entering the beach you can walk in this idyllic area for well over a naked mile! The water is shallow and usually calm but in windy days strong waves appear. This makes it idyll for surfing and sailing.
