Praia do Brejo Largo Beach is a wild beach, mainly frequented by naturists and foreigners.
This hidden gem is located to the south of Vila Nova de Milfontes, in the stunning landscape of the Sudoeste Alentejano National Park, which means development here is limited.
Surrounded by craggy cliffs small streams and very green dunes, and offers immense golden sand, and turbulent sea.

- Directions The access to the Brejo Largo beach is from the small village of Longueira, 12km south of Vila Nova Da Milfontes. The exit for Longueira is the first roundabout on the N393, 10km from the Vila Nova bridge. From the roundabout it is further 2.5km until you reach a small junction on the right which leads directly to the beach, the final 1km will take you along gravel roads where it is best to find a spot of grass to park on (not to get too bogged down by the sand). Here you will start the trail that leads to the beach which begins among'st the bushes. After walking for approx ten minutes, heading towards the sea, you will pass some sugarcanes, until you reach the beginning of a steep descent which takes you to the beach.
