Lying a few kilometres to the south of Figueira da Foz, the large sandy expanse of Cova-Gala Beach also known as Praia do Campismo Beach, is a beautiful beach located in a fishermen village, in Figueira da Foz, Portugal.
Sub-divided into small beaches by pontoons which makes the beach sheltered from the wind. On the south-side Cova-Gala is a popular un-official naturist beach, which is surrounded by forest and high dunes.

- Directions The best access Cova-Gala Beach is through the campsite, beside Itinerário Complementar 12, and asking permission to cross it at the reception. You might find the western gate will be opened.Otherwise, the most suitable alternative is to go into Cova Gala village, heading across the sand in the direction leading south.
