One of the virgin beaches of spectacular beauty in the province of Cadiz, Spain and situated next to the ruins of Baelo Claudia.
Playa de Bolonia offers it visitors over 5 km of fine white sands, turquoise clear waters, and landscape of dunes. One of the hallmarks of this beach is the prevailing winds from east and west. The dune is the main natural attraction of Bolonia.
The ideal times to come to Bolonia are the months of June and September, when it is still hot and the large masses of holidaymakers are already in their places of origin. Bolonia can be divided into 3 main areas: the dune area, the main beach and the area in the direction of Tarifa, with beaches and coves most solitary.
The area of the coves has worse accesses (try to park as far to the left as possible) The marked naturist zone is located at the southern end of the beach, that is, to the left looking at the sea.
