South of the harbour in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia between South Head and Camp Cove is Lady Bay, also known as Lady Jane Bay. This small bay is ideal for those who enjoy a quiet swim on a designated (since 1976) nudist beach.

Although the beach area is not big, it can be explored beyond the rocks and there are many spots to enjoy the sun. The views across to Middle Head are amazing.
