Description

North Swanbourne beach is north of Fremantle between Cottesloe and City beaches and 20 minutes from the centre of Perth.

The beach usually has low waves, averaging 0.5 to 1 m so is safe for swimming and lovely golden sand. The section for nude bathing is 3km long and stretches from the "Clothing Optional Beach" sign 275m north of the Swanbourne beach access.

The car park or paths leading on to the beach are designated as clothing optional areas, so make sure you are north of the sign before stripping off.
