I have a shirt or polo-shirt-only policy unless closed colleagues who know I'm a nudist and work home exclusively naked. I keep a shirt or polo-shirt handy to wear for calls. Nobody can guess I'm only wearing a shirt only. Of course, i don't stand up, and if I have too, I switch the camera off. I never had any issues working that way. What about you?

For us, we do not really have that many video calls, and when we do, because we are working with writers who we know are not naturists, we wear something appropriate. We suppose like all things in life, you approach each situation respectfully, and wearing clothing is a part of that for the work we do.

When the pandemic first hit and I started to work from home, when the weather got warmer I started working nude. The trend where I worked was to not use video during Zoom calls. The few times that it was used I did the shirt thing as Marc mentioned. The camera only had me from about mid-chest on up so no one was the wiser. Now, ostensibly retired but working part-time in a similar position, my new colleagues only really use video when on calls with customers. Again, it's the shirt thing then but other times I remain nude. It is much more comfortable and typing on a keyboard requires no protective clothing!
