Hi Ken - Once you have thought of a topic that you wish to add and checked that the topic doesn't already exist - it is really good to not have repeated topics as it will mean neither will get full attention. Choose a category for the question to go into (a topic on having reluctant partners may suit Personal Subjects for example) Click on that category and you will be taken to an overview of that category at the top of a browsing list of topics in that category is a "speach bubble" with three dots in it and a link saying Post New Topic. Click on that and fill in a Title and Description of the topic.
