Getting There

• Town / County / State Breville-sur-Mer, Normandie.
• Directions Take the turning off of the D971 at the “Le Grand Chemin” roundabout, heading to “Donville-les-Bains”, “Granville” on the D971E5. At the first roundabout take the first exit to “Breville-sur-Mer”, at the 2nd roundabout take the 2nd exit, at the 3rd roundabout take the 3rd exit (furthest, last, exit to the left) and follow the road down, past the Sailing School and the Golf Club and into a large car park at the end. After parking, walk westward to the sea, turn right and walk a short distance along the beach, the tolerated area is not far beyond the building on the right.
  N.B. at the time of writing, the French farmers are protesting by turning the signposts upside down, in Breville-sur-Mer they appear to have gone one further and actually effaced the signs, so it’s necessary to pay attention to the large white sign boards situated on the approach to the roundabouts.
