Cala Arenas is a beach located near the city of Algeciras in Spain, within the Strait Natural Park. It is located at the southern end of the Bay of Gibraltar and faces the Strait of Gibraltar. This small cove just 250 meters long, located in the most rugged, wild and inaccessible of the coasts of the Strait of Gibraltar.
The average percentage of nudists / textiles is 20/80. It is surrounded by mastic trees, palmitos and heather, between rocky cliffs. A marked feature of this cove is the cleanliness and transparency of its waters, and sandy bottom gives it a beautiful turquoise color, with hardly any waves and a pleasant temperature.

- Facilities This beach does not have any type of service, including the cleaning of the sand, which makes it common to find all kinds of waste accumulated by the tides. At Punta Carnero lighthouse, is a restaurant to provide lunch and refreshments should you so wish.

- Directions Access to Cala Arenas from the southern roundabout access to Algeciras on the N-340. From here take the CA-224 road towards "Getares-Playa", after 1 km take the CA-223 road on the right in the direction of "Punta Carnero Lighthouse" at the roundabout.Travel 5.5 km without deviating through the cliffs and having left the lighthouse on the left, reach the entrance of the urbanization of the same name, just after the entrance take the first street on the left and immediately take the right again, continue until reaching a sewage treatment plant, some garbage containers and parking area.To the right of the containers is a gate There begins a path that runs parallel to the coast, although sometimes narrow and with a lot of vegetation, it deposits us without loss in Cala Arenas after having previously overcome a couple of coves, taking approx 20 minutes on foot.
