The beach of Krios is located about 10km west of Paleochora and 90km south of Chania, on the east side of Krios Cape. This beautiful beach, almost undeveloped and quiet, is divided into three consecutive bays with fine pebbles and coarse sand.
The first bay is not ideal for swimming for due to the large rocks. The second bay is the most popular, its an organised beach offering various facilities and textile. The third bay is on the western edge of Krios and is a secluded cove, well hidden by a large rock.
This is the area preferred mostly by naturists due to the privacy and protection offered from potential onlookers.This area consists of small pebbles, and beautiful clean sea, ideal for snorkeling. There are also caves and green valleys above the beach which can be visited nude should you wish.

- Directions The naturist beach of Krios can be accessed by car through Paleochora. Also, Krios is located next to part of E4 footpath, which connects Paleochora with Elafonisi.The car parking area is a 2 minute from the nudist beach.You can also walk from here across the E4 path for 1.5 km to the next naturist beach called Viena.
