The small pebble beach of Lagada is a completely deserted beach, ideal for naturists. Located 29km east of Ierapetra and 6km from the village of Makrigialos in a fertile valley of olive groves, and surrounded by the tall mountains of Makrigialos.
Lagada beach has a rocky seabed, and is open to the south winds. Its seclusion also makes it ideal for those who are interested in wild camping.

- Directions To get here from Makrigialos you should follow the road to Sitia and then turn right on the way to Moni Kapsa. After 500-800m you will see several greenhouses and the long Lagada beach on your right hand. There are several dirt-tracks down to the sea, the best being marked by an advance advertisement for Taverna Lair of the Dragon.
