Long and beautiful Plaka beach has a naturist section to the south where it is more virgin and lacking of tourist services. With white sands, transparent waters which are very clean. Plaka beach meanders along the west coast of Naxos for miles and because it is so large it feels like there are never many people here.
You can also pick an isolated section and enjoy your privacy. Although there are sand dunes here it is a windy beach offering spectacular sunsets. Beach shoes are recommended as there are some sharp rocks and shells.
