Marina di Alberese is a magnificent beach of fine golden sand that slopes gently towards the sea. Set in a national park backed by pine woods this rustic beach of pine drift wood feels undiscovered.
There are many huts which have been made of drift wood which provides great shelter. The naturist area is located approx 2 miles after the entrance. You will also find nice paths to walk throughout Parco Naturale della Maremma which is recommended if you enjoy nature walks.

- Facilities This wild beach offers no facilities. There's a busy shack to buy drinks and snacks but probably better to bring your own. Large number of toilets with outside running water.Alternatively you can go to the village of Albarese which has a small well stocked shop. Here you can park and catch the bus.

- Directions The parking (approx 180 spaces) gets very full during the summer months and has limited entry by camera number plate recognition.During high season it is recommend to take the bus in Albarese. It costs approx €1,70 for a dayticket and runs about every 30 minutes to the beach.If travelling by car;From the town of Marina is entered into in the South Park beach UC-cellina for about 2 Km.The beach can also be reached via a bike path that starts from the Park Visitor Center and stretches for 8 km through a wonderful location surrounded by meadows.
