Located in the heart of the Bear National Forest, Praia Osso da Baleia is a wild authentic beach which receives little crowd.
In 2004 it received the Blue Flag award, renewing the same title, year after year.
Since 2005, the beach has also received the Accessible Beach award, for its conditions and infrastructure for the disabled. Bodyboarding and surfing are popular activities here along with naturists who enjoy the feeling of solitude.
