Praia dos Alteirinhos is an official naturist beach which lies on the Alentejo coast, between Milfontes and Odeceixe, south of Odemira.
Set in a national park it remains very much a virgin beach of 2 coves near Zambujeira do Mar, with rocks that connect it to the sea, constituting a border between the naturists and the textiles of Zambujeira.
The first cove is busy, the second one very quiet and ideal for nudism.Be careful of the tides here which can lock you away.This demure beach is ideal for lovers of nature.

- Directions To reach Praia dos Alteirinhos; before Sines, there is a signpost for the Algarve and then follows the Cercal, then through Milfontes to Zambujeira do Mar. From here head south (left), crossing over a small stream and ascending a small dirt road, for around 1000 meters until a deviation to the right that leads to a high plateau on the cliff.Car Parking situated at the top of the cliff where you will find a wooden staircase to the left which descends down to the beach.
