In the town of Benitachell, Alicante, Cala de Moraig is situated at the end of an impressive cliff and is probably one of the most paradisiacal beaches in Alicante. The cove of Moraig is impressive, a great cut in a small cove dotted with millions of tiny round stones, occupation here is high.
Next door to Testos cove (also a naturist cove), which you can swim across to. In addition, you can enjoy the beauty of the Cova dels Arcs, located to the north end of the beach (just when you arrive). Natural arches form the exit to the sea of an underground freshwater river of which there is still much to explore.
The cove of Moraig is especially recommended for lovers of diving. Nudism is usually concentrated towards the far side of the beach, but there is no problem to get anywhere or stroll naked through it. The coexistence between 'textiles' and nudists is good.
One of the drawbacks of this beach is that in summer, around 5.30 pm you are completely in the shade. Cala de Moraig, is a beautiful place to spend a day with or without the children, and to bathe in the cove. We recommend you take beach shoes and a sun shade.

- Directions In the hamlet of La Cumbre del Sol, you can access the village from the National 332 by Teulada. Head in the direction signposted to Cala del Moraig. Keep on through all the urbanisation; you will reach the area of the cove, with car parking located to the left. Just before the slope that descends to the Cova dels Arcs and the sea. Parking here is easy, as the most people use the parking area located next to the sea-shore and as a result become fully occupied.Once parked, you will climb a paved road. On the left side are signs indicating the path SL V-50. Follow till you reach Cala del Moraig.
