Playa la Guancha Gomera is one of the best beaches in the Canary Islands for lovers of nudism that, despite its proximity to the capital, is usually quiet, clean and very little occupied.
This cove measures approx 500 meters and offers a tremendous landscape, surrounded by high sandstone coloured cliffs, the valley where the beach ends is of great beauty, and the sea is transparent and clean and the waves are very benign. Upon the shore its dark sand is very recommendable.
In the south zone you are close to the capital of the island, San Sebastian de la Gomera, so that you can do hiking trails from the capital itself to the beach. A popular location for naturists if you are looking for quiet places, Playa la Guancha Gomera could be just what you are looking for!

- Directions (Access from LG-2): a stone's throw from San Sebastián de La Gomera but with a bit of adventure to get there.The isolated beach southwest of San Sebastian can be reached by following a mountain path high above the sea. After an attractive hike of about one and a half hours, you reach the Playa de la Guancha.A nice view of the neighbouring island of Tenerife can be enjoyed and the unique atmosphere makes the hike worth while.Alternatively one can reach La Gomera by taking the 40-minute ferry ride from Tenerife which runs several times a day into San Sebastián's busy port. Most of the travelers are day-trippers. Turboprop planes island-hop into the airport near Playa Santiago from other islands in the archipelago, but only one flight arrives a day. Roads are rugged, to say the least, with many hair-pin curves but amazing vistas.the cliff.
