The bathing place is located in the middle of the Au and was formerly part of the Danube Altar. It is well known far beyond the regional borders and also for many Viennese a popular destination. On the right bank, a handful of nudists will arrive on beautiful summer days.
The area is very quiet and secluded, and the nudist area stretches almost the entire length of the northern branch of the Altarm (opposite the main beach).
With its gently sloping shore, the shallow entrance and a sandpit for building sandcastles and the natural pool are ideal for family trips with small children. Admission: free! Opening hours: from May to September
