Norderney is one of the seven populated East Frisian Islands off the North Sea coast of Germany. .Just east of Norderney's popular North Beach is Oasis Strand. You can lie on the beach, walk for miles naked or sweat in the nudist sauna.

It has become one of the most popular beaches on Norderney in recent years due to its extensive infrastructure. The annually built, wood-clad "container village" houses a small café with a complete beach restaurant.

The beautiful long white sandy beach with rugged wild ocean is divided into a non-textile and a textile area. The subdivision is conveniently located right in the middle of the bridge over which you enter the beach.

For water sports fans here are good conditions for windsurfing and surfing, but kitesurfing is prohibited. This very very spacious beach, offers a lot of peace and seclusion. At high tide, you can spot grey seals and harbour porpoises frolicking in the shallows.
