To the west of Den Bosch is the recreational area Engelermeer. In 2012 the lake was extended to an area of approximately 100 hectares. The Engelermeer consists of three ponds, the West, East and the North Lake.

The part for nude recreation (2 hectares) is located on the Westplas, on the southwest side of the Engelermeer and is indicated by signs. Nudist recreation has been practiced here for many years. The bathing water, up to 2 meters deep, is marked with drift lines at 1 and 1.5 meters and there is limited supervision.

Take a parasol with you due to a lack of shade near the water.
