Pohutukawa Bay is a beach within Auckland and is nearby to Piripiri Point and Long Bay.
Pohutukawa Bay is one of Auckland's most frequented naturist beaches. Secluded and surrounded by sand cliffs and lots of Pohutukawa trees hanging over the beach for convenient shade. This beach is popular with families who love to bathe nude.
Entry into the water is a little rocky. At low tide access can also be gained by walking about 20 minutes around the rocks from Long Bay though care should be taken near the base of the cliffs as rocks and other debris fall from the cliff face every so often.
